Panaji: Frontline Managed Services, a provider of administrative, financial and IT managed services to the legal industry on Wednesday announced expansion of its Goa operations.

The company located at Alvaro Avenue in Porvorim on the CHOGM road, added 5,000 square feet of office space over the existing 7,500 square feet, after growing to over 300 employees in the last four years.

The company is also looking for additional building spaces to accommodate its significant growth and continue recruiting. As part of the expansion, the new office space has been completely retrofitted to include new furnishings, tech equipment, a video wall containing over 36 screens for 24-hour monitoring, and new employee spaces.

In addition to improving the office, Frontline Managed Services has also upgraded its benefits package to the employees by way of paid leave, health insurance coverage, coverage for doctor and lab visits, professional development and skill training, five-day work week, all U.S. federal holidays off and exposure to global processes and technologies with integration into an international team.

The announcement of the expansion was by the director of operations, India Joshua Silveira chief executive officer Seelin Naidoo, accompanied by the vice president, financial services Suzanne Zimmerman and director managed IT services Pradeep Mainkar.
